Avoid ecommerce no matter what!!! I purchase windows from their store and closed a deal. They guaranteed written down the windows could be in in 6 months from PGT. 6 months arrived and that I didn't notice from their website. I named Randy Puckett (the repetition who found my house) he assured they'd be shipped in 2 more months. 2 more months arrived but still no windows. I called again and Randy stated there is some mix-up also it could be 2 more months. 2 more months passed but still no windows. I named Randy and he explained to contact who owns the Organization (I overlook his title today?) I called him and he described that there is an error and also the windows are likely to charge more today since there is an error on the component. I told him "hello we've a deal" and he described they did not actually purchase my windows however of course if I needed him to-order the windows he'd need to enhance the cost another $1500. Oo from what our contract claims also it could be another 6 months! They essentially stated "Yes I understand we've a deal but I wont support my responsibities and thats too harmful to you therefore sue me if you like"! I really couldnot think after nearly a few months they tell me this. At this time they lost a few months of my period and today allow it to be really apparent that they're not reliable and so I do not actually wish to accomplish business together. Anything they actually explained was a rest. Additionally, I named Randy Puckett often and quit him several messages requesting him to assist clarify what occurred and he'dnot actually return among my telephone calls. Before I actually caught together some buddies of mine informed me about them simply because they possess a poor status within our condo with performing the things they state is going to do.
