I paid 129.90 from my credit card for Don Lares system that was supposed to have cost 39.00 in the ad. It was supposed to have had a thirty day guarantee. It arrived damaged on July 31.
I called the 800 number and reported that the goods had arrived in a damaged condition and was only missing half the material. I was told they would send me a new package with all the materials intack.
I did not receive the new package although I called several times. I returned the material I had received and asked for a refund on August 20 and although I have requested a refund on two other occasions I have not heard from anyone..
