I used this program for six months and lost 62 pounds. I was faithful to follow the program and do the exercise DVD's. My only complaint is there is not a maintenace plan that goes along with the program. After eating the same foods for six months, I was ready to add some foods back into my diet. After six more months, I have gained 25 pounds back. I really liked the meal replacement drink but it is very expensive and it takes several weeks to receive it when you order. I have never seen the replacement dring on sale. I did take the Boost supplement pill for the six months I was on the program and it did seem to help. I had no trouble cancelling the supplement pills.
