I responded to an E-mail sent by Advance Bright offering a free trial of their product, paying only the shipping and handling charges. I went on line to view my bank statement and noticed that Advanced Bright had debited my account for over $600.00. The packages that was sent wasn't worth $5.00.
I called the company and was told that I could not speak to anyone about my refund and that the department didn't have a phone number. I was given an E-mail address to make my request, however no one responded to my E-mail.
I called the company again only to be told that I could not talk to anyone. The gentleman told me that he did not have a number to call and that if he needed to talk them, he had to E-mail them.
I am so displease and feel that I was scamed. The AD that was displayed was mis-leading. This company should have made their terms of agreement clear.
I am considering contacting that Attorney General on this matter. I refuse to let them get away with over $600.00 of my hard earned money for a product that's not worth the postage. Please watch out for this company!!!
