I contacted buyer zone on Jan. 6 inquiring about spa/hot tub dealers. After going through buyer zone preliminary questioning. Request #4038598. I was sent a reply that I was matched with a hot tub dealer. Thermo Spa. I contacted Thermo Spa's web site http://www.thermospas.com/pdf/, and going to the "design you own" I was sent a quote with a photo of the spa I designed (they call it the Concord: 4-5 Person Hot Tub) lowest price $5,895.00, http://www.thermospas.com/your-quote-and-special-offer.html? City=barberton&[email protected]&fname=penny&jets=p&lname=OMQUOTE&tub=45&zip=44203. Only to be told that the photo is not the concord, it is the concord platinum, and that is not the price for that spa in the photo. They are telling me that the price of $5895 is a lesser quality tub, not pictured, and if I want that particular spa it will cost almost $10,000.
I was led to believe that this photo was the Concord: 4-5 person Hot tub I designed according to their web site, and this was my price for this spa $5,895. I also downloaded their $1000 off coupon.
This was supposed to be my quote for the spa I designed according to their web site, and they are doing a (in my opinion) classic BAIT AND SWITCH/FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
