On 17/09, I ordered and paid for what I believed to be an genuine swarovski bangle. The tracking confirmation number, was not a valid number, and the tracking link emailed to me from the company, did not work. After 5 weeks, i received what I would describe as a $2 pearl colored bead bangle, and the one I had ordered was covered in crystals. When I emailed the company, they asked for the correct item number of the swarovski product, which I provided, but to date have had not received my ordered item. Stay away from this company... I Also reported them to Swarovski in China and Australia, and they seem to be acting on the information I provided to them. Hopefully others will not get caught out by this disreputable dealer.
