Second place winner of 7 million dollar grand prize

I received a letter announcing second place win of $7,000, 000 prize drawing. It claimed it was sponsered by Reader Digest Magazine.

Eclosed with the letter was a "Certified" check for $5890.00 that was dated over a year ago. After looking over the letter, I googled Henry Cohen who was named as the irs agent handling the file.

His name came up on 2 of your usacomplaints.com. I just wanted to let your readers know just what a scam this is.
