As per the last complaint I would like to give some information to assist in the class action law suit.
I also have been "duped" to agreeing to this "scam" and now fighting with the companies listed for refunds. So far First Universal has stated that they refund $30 dollars of the charges 39.95, the not refunded 9.95 was a "maintenance" fee. VCOMM after 2 days of calling and speaking to every manager there, reportedly refunded the 12.95 that was charged. Grant Connect has also reportedly refunded the 19.95 that was charged. I say reportedly because I have not seen it credited to my now overdrawn account.
PLEASE read the misleading fine print from these businesses, paying perticular attention to the "cancellation" dates.
