Charging my debit card after i canceled my order 2 days after in Mid November Wasllingford Connecticut

I placed an order for the snuggie blanket. Order 1 and get the second for only shipping price, So 1 is at 19.95 plus 7.95 plus the second for 7.95
Here it is the 20th of Jan. And they are charging me 66.70. So i call them and they say they didnt cancel the whole order and the package has been sent. So, they say to send the package right back without opening it. Ok no problem. Later that evening i check my debit card balance. They place 34.90 back on my card and there is a difference of 1.74 (lost monies).. So i call them back and the lady says thats all they will place back on the card because i recieved shipment of items. I told her exactly what the other lady told me about sending the package back and this lady tells when AFTER i send the package back then they will place the rest of the monies back on my card. I NEVER recieved and emails from them except more advertisements
This company is a ripp off. Why wait till almost 2 months go by and ship items and then take monies that dont add up to the right price. I would NOT recommend this company to others
