I signed up for broadvoice voip phone service on 12/31 and on 1/5 I received a hateful letter accusing me of misplacing a form that I never received. I contacted broadvoice on 1/5 and they said it was a mistake and they told me that they probably hadn't even sent the forms out yet.
On 1/8 they suspended my account saying I never signed a payment authorization form or sent a copy of my ID. Another thing I don't understand is why do they need a copy of my ID, I have never had to supply my ID at any of the cellular companies I signed up for online.
Anyway as of 1/17 I still haven't received a refund and I was forced to mail a chargeback form to GE Bank who provides the Walmart Visa card on 1/16.
