Today, I had the pleasure of visiting the Chase Bank in Waco, TX where Carole D. Gallagher works.
When I entered the bank, I was frustrated because I have been forced to move out of my home state of South Carolina, and move to Waco, TX for work.
Carole assisted me, answered my questions, and just amazed me with her personality and professionalism. I was smiling and very happy when I left the bank.
I want the leadership of Chase Bank to know how lucky they are to have Carole as an employee. If every company had employees like Carole, this would be a much better world.
So, what I would like to happen is for Chase Bank to let Carole know that I appreciate her help, her courtesy, and her stellar performance.
