Pick up credit card machine and not cancell contract

In stalled credit card machine that did not perform.

The representative who delivered the machine picked up machine and said that contract would be cancelled according to verbal agreement when delivered. The credit card charges continued until and were canceled when internal audit found charges.

Demand was made for refund and ignored

Calls and letters coming these people rude and harassing in nature, we have notified attorney to seek refund.
