The new american family in short pump is so deceptive and no one there has any clue on how to treat people. They want to charge a $15 fee for a guest of a member, which is outrageous to start and then charge the parent $15 also to sit there and watch. If you are under 18 this is their policy, which is ludacris, they make you sign a waiver so whats the point? Money! They also make you talk to someone to try and make you join their facility. I do not recommend going to this place go to the YMCA much more family oriented and the people their actually do care for your concerns.
