Charge me $ 29.95 dollars for a phone call lasting less than 5 minutes California

I had to use the telephone located at Hotel Camino Real located in Mexico City. Called USA for less than 5 minutes. Several days latter I got a charge for $ 29.95 in my check card. This company failed to disclose its rates per minute. This company should be prevented from doing business.
