I order a product through wu-yi source. I was charged twice andtwice of another product that was pulled from my account Jan 10. Twice 87.13 and twice 59.95. All for a free trial! For one I never received the product and Called to cancel before the 14 days it says. The 866-949-0138 number they give you for Billing inquiries, Health support, product questions, does not help any. All the people that answer the phone do not speak english well. What kind of service and business do they run. They won't give youand numbers to get further information or help. They will not allow you to speak with management. They cut you off when your speaking. They don't listen to your questions when spoken too. If this was a true business, You always put your customers first. Apparently through the internet you fail to put any numbers to contact management and you fail to make the people happy with your wu-yi source products. I've ask over and over for some kind of connection to speak with other than someone who can not speak english well and have been hung up on. I'v ask to speak with supervisors and they have left me hanging on hold for 3o minuets "2x's. You need to be sued for your fraud... And running a business thatdoes not know how to handle a business. Any business that is run"management" always takes place in part of a situation that isn't going right. "They try to figure out the problem and "HELP". I could continue this with a lot more, but right at this point I amvery angry and will be until my money is returned.
