So, like a few others today I received the "yellow post card" from F.R.C. It told me too that they were trying to reach me with Good News!
The control number is 0853036175 and it was sent by "Michelle Barbaa" asking me to call 888-673-5216,10am to 8:30pm Monday thru Friday.
I blocked my number and called and got an odd fast tone. Not a busy signal, not any tone I have heard in the past.
The only thing I seem to have in common with others who have received this card is the fact that in the last 30 days I got a new Master Card. I've lived at my address for the last 5 years and I don't owe any past due balances.
Oh! Also, I signed up on a real estate website recently because I'm looking to buy a house.
I wouldn't advise anyone to actually call and give these people any information. If they can't reach me it's probably because they don't have my number and I'd like to keep it that way.
