As we all know after staying home for more than 18 month without any real job. U will go and apply every where I saw this advertisement which was very exciting for me to become a Truck Driver which is absolutely free and I don't have to pay for training, it seems to be a very good opportunity for me, I call the recruiter 'D.L..' he sound very nice on the phone and tells me that the only thing I have to bring with me is $300 for my Food and CDL License test, he further says that if after 3 weeks I pass my 'CDL program test' then the 'PAM 'company (Program Sponsor) will take care of all of my training fees, so I would not have to pay any fees from my side. When I heard about this free training and job I was so excited and very much interested to get this training and Job
I keep reminding 'recruiter' that I do not have 300 dollars right now to pay because I am applying for any kind of jobs but due to current market situation It is hard to get a job.
Now when "D. L' (recruiter told me about this great opportunity of getting CDL license and the job in just three weeks so I wanted to avail this opportunity and borrowed $300 from my friend and bought a bus ticket from GA to IN.
That was a very bad experience of my life when I reached there, they put me in the worst motel in town where I had to share the room with other person, sharing was not an issue but the motel was the cheapest one in whole town and in a very unsafe and rough neighborhood and it can be verified, where I was feeling very insecure and uncomfortable and could, not sleep whole night, but I stayed there just because I didn't want to lose that opportunity of the License and job, because I don't like to sit idle, I need a job and I want the job.
On next Morning, Monday, Nov 2rd, When I tried to register for the course, at first they did my drug screening from 6:30 AM then at the same time they gave me the registration form which I filled and returned to them back, next day they gave me the same registration form/contract again in the class to sign it.
The company lady read the contract loud in front of the whole class but so fast that no one was able to listen and understand the terms and conditions of the contract agreement and you are not allowed totake it for review.
As the time of Blood test they never told they will charge of it 125 dollars, but later when i signed the contract it was mentioned there, so it doesn't make sense that why they took my Blood test before the agreement, so I am not liable to pay for that drug test, it is nor fair, if I knew that they will charge 125 dollar for it from my pocket I was never interested in it because I don't have money.
Then 23.53 per night for sharing room at the worst motel in town after one week at the school I could not pass my CDL test one thing my blood was still high. Second week they said they will try to give me a second chance. I talk to the school Director Make O'Neil he said at the second week if you don't pass this test we have to send you home guess what I get send home. Three weeks later get called from this lady called Paula left me a message then I called her back in the same day asking me to Pay $950 and some change ask her to send me the statement where this come from? She said for been in the school but we don't send statement. I read the contract to her that shes adding more then $690 according to her contact she get whiled and start scramming at me. I could not believe it I said Mam according to this contract U R adding more tuition and at the same time I'm not working you guys know that. She said where u use to work for A Company... And you can't find a job?
I'm only asking u for $25 / Month. I said mam but u guys running scam here she replied we will call you every day and you will which you pay it the full amount.
At that moment I said are you treating me she said have a great day and hang up.
I will send this contract to any one who want to see it it is a contract that run by scam company who take advantage of people when they are down. And try to better there life. It's a school full with a lot of false information, and there program is not worth even a try.
I will do what I can to stop this school from hurting Innocent people who try to better there life and at the same time. There is sharks out there all my info is here I can be contacted by any media or news paper to approve my story thank you. Matter affect i was in the school 11/04/08 get send back home after get send back home Saturday the 11/15/08 by the Com-pus Director I even gives them my test paper prove when When I could not pass the test dated. Please every one be careful they are big scams out there Driver Solution in the top of their list. And i will be soon at the same motel warning the new student from this trap.
