Clyde Pennington handled a case for me and Bobby Joe Sams he conned me into a lot of things of course he was representing his crooked side kick B.J. Clyde Pennington assured me that he would handle everything in case in Jan.in 2008 my sons name had not even been changedof course the day we was in court the judge was in a bad mood. William Mayer guardian at litem was appointed by Clyde. Neither one of this men meet my son they knew his father trough thursday night poker.in court William and Clyde didn't even know his name. How legal can that be. My sons father has custody of him and he is presently doing time ha the child has not received no support at all How legal can that be? I think Clyde Pennengton should never be able to represent another person nor William Mayer be appointed to another child if they think that childern belong with criminals they are suppose to help not make suffer.
