I ordered an Ovechkin tshirt for my son for Christmas. After washing it the decal faded and after the second washing it was really bad. Being a busy mom I forgot to call the first time and then called the company. After contacting them their reply to me was "Nothing we can do!". Well I didn't even want a refund, I wanted another shirt. Their reply, "Nothing we can do!". So in today's economy when you buy something from FansEdge it means nothing. They took my money and there is no customer service. Don't use FansEdge.
