My wife started noticing a transaction or her bank statement for $29.00 one year ago. While it was pending it never went through. She noticed the transaction again this month (January) and asked me to look into it. After reading everyone else's complaints on usacomplaints.com I tried the number 800-382-5210. I had someone on the phone within 30 seconds (Rebecca was very professional and kind). She was able to find my wife's file and indicated that she said yes to something when ordering from an infomercial in 2005. I told her that we wanted to cancel it and she took care of everything (hopefully) within seconds and after verifying our address and said that if the transaction went through it would be removed within 72 hours. The process will hopefully work and was painless.
