I'm filing a complaint on Loan Shop Collections because this company illegally debited $390 from my account. This has caused me to get behind on bills that needed to be paid!!! I am a single mother and I'm wondering how in the world could this company do such a thing. To make it even worst. I never gave them my account information.
Bank of America is investigating the dispute I filed, however it takes 7-10 business days for them to render a decision. This is absolutely absurd to me!!! We need to file a class action lawsuit against this company. I have researched the internet and have found numerous consumer complains regarding Loan Shop Collections!
