TS Card Benefits took $249 from my savings account almost five months ago. And still no card! When I call the customer service number they gave me the phone just rings and rings.
A month after I agreed to get the card. I called to see when my card was going to come. I was told that it should have been there, it's coming by Federal Express. And then they said they would send new cards.
The customer service rep. Even gave me his name and extension number (Barry ext. 211).
