Took furniture then said if i want it 1,000 more

First they showed up at 11 pm and said it's now or never.
At 5 am they were done. And they made me take out extra insurance.
They said my stuff would be at my house on the 13th and they never showed up till the 17th. We had to sleep on the floor and i am handi-capped.
After they left with my furniture they called and said it would cost me 1,000 more to get it back. So of course i paid i needed my furniture.
I put in a claim as they smashed some of my stuff.
I was told it would be settled within 90 days.
Well, it's been almost a year.
