I bought a car from Debra noonan paid her $600.00 down drove the car for 2 hours when the car started acting up. I with a friend with me brought the car back told debbie the car was acting up. They first had said it was the catalytic convertor... Debbie said leave the car and she would take care of it I went down to shop the next day and she said it was the fuel pump which priced out to $300.00
So she said I never seen the bill on it what i mean by this is the receipt from where they purchased the part and any time you said something to debra noonan and she didn't like she would say then leave the car here and I would say when you pay me back the money I've paid out her reply "well I'll just repo the car and there ai'nt a damn thing you can do about it".. And if I said anything her boyfriend eddie hackett would just get up in my face I guess he is her muscle...
Debbie and I made an agreement she would pay half on the fuel pump... Then later in the month the car was idling poorly like when i first bought it now I'm with another friend and we watched eddie and was talking with him he had a test light to check a few things jiggled some wires ran 25% better... Now is when everything started turning for the worse I had made my nov. Payment and was happy for I knew there were 2 payments left which was $300.00 dollars and I was feeling good for this was the first car I was paying off... Because of being on ssi I couldn't pay cash like I used to...
So debbie tells me I owe $577.00 I said for what? I paid off my half of the fuel pump she tells me (debbie) that she decided to take off the labor and the night we watched mr. Ed use his test light and jiggle some wires I was charged for a tune up... My jan. Payment was usually paid on the first of the month as we all know was new years day were they working no!!! Were they there on friday the 2nd i was informed no!!!
Saturday is when i finally got confirmation of my checks being deposited one is ssi and the other is va disability saturday I was sick with a virus my friend and I were going to pay debbie on monday the 5th but to no avail you got it she repoed the car now according to debbie noonan she called me numerous times now if she called all the times she said why weren't there any messages and her # was not on my caller id...
I guess that was another lie from the one and only debbie noonan oh and of course her counterpart mr. Ed would tell you she did the other liar of the group... I called debbie on sunday asking for my car back and that I had the payment "debbies reply when you pay me the $577.00 plus repo charges which gets repoed by mr. Ed... Now here i am without my car have medical appointments at the va which now I have no way to get there and after I pay my rent insurance pay electric phone bill and was paying her I would have $50.00 left to buy food and gas for car...
If any one is even thinking of doing business with this company think about this there is a yard connected to theres that they get parts off of clean them up real good to look new then charge you full price... A second thought why do you have to pay cash or money order only is there something there hiding like half of the money they get... Did you also know all the cars they sell in there yard have been repoed more than once this is how they make there money... I'm not saying all the employees are crooks just the 2 mentioned in here...
It is a family owned business It is 2 bad the crooks are running it... If any one else has beened burned by these 2 write a report let the people know what there getting into before they fall into the clutches of DEBBIE NOONAN & MR. Ed where have i heard that name before... I know she won't give me back the car she'll just sell it again... Oh before I forget if they know you don't have a lot of money they will jack up the prices of the parts and labor and guess what if you can't pay they will put a mechanics lean hope you can't pay and they have another car they can sell I will post this one all the sites I know people like us can finally get our just reward
