I purchased a computer through CEC Solutions Guaranteed consumer funding that i had seen on a television commercial. They state it is to repair your credit by paying for the item weekly, all you needed was a checking account.
After going through the motions with there operator, he stated that my computer and WII would be delivered within a week. That never happened.
I've tried numerous times to contact customer service and after 20-30 minute waits for an operator I get the run around. They say that they need more information from me, which I have given them when I initally ordered the computer.
They will continue to withdraw the weekly payment from my account and I still do not have what I have purchased!!
