Purchased watch The moment I tried to set time, the watch crown fell out Wouldn't honor warranty

Purchased a new watch. Went to set time and the crown fell off. Company said they offer a 2 year warranty and a money back guarantee. Contacted Mike Tsyuman / owner and he said to bad. Buy a better watch next time... This company is a ripoff...
