I have had pretty much the same problems that the other people on this site have had with this company. Not receiving the product within the "15 Day Trial Period". I was charged $88 for a product I never received. Once I did receive it, I was told via e-mail that I cannot return it for a refund.
The only contact you have with the actual company itself is through e-mail. You call the phone number and wait on hold for an eternity to talk to people in a call center. Once you email them, it takes a couple of days to hear back from them, and (at least in my experience) I got a very sarcastic response from the person writing it. "We have thousands of people who actually read the terms and conditions." Insinuating that I never read them before ordering.
I have been going back and forth with this nameless person for a week now, and was offered half of my money back. I am taking the refund offered, and then trying to get in touch with a member of management of that company to give them a piece of my mind.
I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and am currently looking for a phone number. If anyone has come across a phone number for them... Please post it.
