They rented an apartment from us that had just been painted and had new carpet. It was in excellent condition. The agreement was No pets. It is a 1 bedroom apartment. They had snakes, iquannas, fish, pigeons and 5 German Shepards. We finally had to formally evict them after asking them to leave several times. Needless to say the apartment was destroyed when they left. They even left behind a small dog and a dead iquanna. They left the dog outside in a pigeon coop with no food or water.
