I was billed 99.00 on my credit card and had no idea who or what it was. I called the number listed by their name and got the royal run-around. Kept asking me my name and address over and over. I asked to speak to someone higher up and she kept saying she had to find my account first.
I was getting very angry by this time, I had kept telling her there was no account and that is why she couldnt find it. Finally she transferred me to a supervisor and I was promised to be credited, but it would take 2 to 3 billing cycles.
I then called and canceled my credit card and asked to have a new one issued. Hopefully they will credit me...
