I own a home in this neighborhood and we have a association company that maintaine the grounds the home ower pays a association fee 97.00 dollars a month we also pay are untility directly to howe association Inc some times they over charge for instance for the month of november. 2008 they charge me 509.00 dollars thats a ripoff.
