I've had the same experience. I've got 2 accounts cleared because it went to court and I ended up paying more than I originally owed. Now on another credit card, they are garnishing my wages because Fresh Start America failed to do anything. Today when I called customer service, it took me 10 minutes to get through. Then they hung up on me and when I tried calling right back, a message said "they were in training, call back in 1 hour"!!! Then when I called back in 1 hour, another message said the office is closed! Unbelievable.
How did you guys get your money back??? I've asked and they said I signed the contract and I can't get it back. They have over $2,000 dollars in "FEEs" from me. They haven't done anything but ruin my credit, got me in legal trouble, got me completely embarrassed at work with the garnishing of my wages, and owing more than what I initially owed! Some one please help me get my money back so I can take care of these debts my own! It's been 2 years of living h*ll with these guys!
