This co. Is sucking me dry of any and all money I can ever make in my very small business. I applied for merchant services no one ever called or emailed to let me know if application had been approved, instead I got my first bill for over 60.00 because the service had not been used.
I tried to cancel and was told I had a 2 yr contract and it would cost $300. To cancel the contract. I told the rep I had never seen any contract other than the application and she stated it was there in the click the agreement to continue with your application. This the way they get you, you are in the middle of applying and to continue you click that you have read and agree to the terms.
Is there any way out of this madness I get all kinds of charges 10.00 and the highest so far is 150.00
Please someone help me get out of this mess. Has anyone been able to get out of this contract please let me know.
