back in October I made a purchase from THE INTERNET with Luminous Brites only for a free trial product with my responsibility that I pay for the shipping. I did not join any membership or commitments. They went ahead and sent me a second kit and are going to make a charge on my account for $88.97. The bad thing is I do not remember how or what card I made the transaction with. Ive check my statements and no charge is there yet but I only got the second kit yesterday 12/17/08. I went ahead and call the number that was written on the paper that came with the kit I finally got someone to talk with after waiting for a hour, the operator told me to go ahead and email luminous at [email protected] asking them for a RMA NUMBER she informed and instructed me that once they sent me this RMA number that I could go ahead and return the kit with no problems and that I would be credited, well I did this and they answer me back saying that I agree to their terms and conditions. I did not agree to any terms all I knew is that i was getting a free product with my obligation for shipping expenses. Please help this is a scam. Ive been reading other consumers testimonies that have experience the same matter with this company...
