Blocked pre-paid MasterCard Montery

We have been using greendot pre-paid credit cards for over 5 years. They issued us one account with 2 credit cards one with my name on it and one with my son's name on it. We put $160 dollars on the card then the same day we tried to use the cards and the pin number wouldnt work so we called the Greendot customer service number on the back.

At that time we were told that the card had been blocked because we had 2 names on the same account. They said we couldnt have one account with 2 names even thoguh they issued them to use that way and ask what name we wanted on the second card.

They then said they would unblock the card if I faxed them a copy of my driver's license and my social security card to prove I was the card owner. Then I was to call them in Gutamala and told them the time I faxed the information.

I did that and they said they didn't recieve it and I should fax it again and again call. I did that. Again they said they didnt recieve it. I aked to speak to a supervisor a was told I couldn't do that. I insisted and finally got to talk to a supervisor.

He wanted me to re-fax the information. I refused. I ask him if he had my information on the screen in fornt of him and he said yes he did. So I rattled off very quickly all my personal information and ask him if that was correct. He said yes it was.

Then I ask him if he had any doubt in his mind if I was indeed the card holder. He said no he didnt. So I ask him again to remove the block and he said he couldnt do that until he got my drivers licence and my Social security card.

He then said he would look for the fax and put me on hold for about 10 min and said it never arrived. My son called them and ask to speak to someone in there in Calif at their corp. Headquarters.

The said some one would call within the hour. We are still waiting for that call 5 days later. We again tried to call the number on the back of the card, this time we got a recording that said our card had been blocked and we needed to call the number on the back of the card for service.

There is only one number on the back of the cards. So now there is no way to contact the company at all and we have no way to get out $160 dollars back. There is no phone listing any where that I can find for the corp. Office in Calif.

I believe it is in Montery but not sure and can't check because now I am blocked from logging on to my account on the Greendotonline.com web site.
