I was charged 79.47 for a trial i never received, ive tried to cancel and every month i am charged internet

I visited the website for a trial and never received the trial, then i was charged 79.47 today, dec. 14th for an order i never placed with them. I want a refund and the company never is in, the numbers listed do not work, the website "live chat" does not work, my account keeps getting charged without receiving or wanting an order. I cannot get through to the company to get this to stop. How do i get this to stop.
