She did not understand

I went to the post office to mail a package to TOA BAJA, Puerto Rico. I filled out the express priority mail, but was too expensive. I asked for the regular mail, she said, the priority mail cost 26.50, she asked me, if I want to insured the package, I asked cathy, "how much would it cost?' she is looking at me like, I know the price, I asked again for the price, I guess she did not understood when I asked for the price again. She asked, if I wanted stamps, I told cathy, Okay, I bought penny stamps. Cathy told, one of the employee, that noone over here speak very well english, she said, " it loudly", but she couldn't understand when, I asked, how much would it cost, three time, she did not tell me the cost to insured the package. I was upset, I left.
