I ordered a pair of Betsey Johnson shoes for $145 and I never received them. There policy said to wait up to 21 business days and its well pat 21 day and I havent received anything.in addition when I call the number provided on the website all your instructed to do is leave a message which I have done on several occasions. No representative is available to answer questions.
