I was never married to the mother of my daughter. She is now 5 years old and was born with birth defects due to the dishonesty of the mothers medical history and recreational activities. My daughter has a trach, a G-tube, and facial abdomalaties all which can be corrected and highly treatable, but Mom cancells doctor appointments, studies, surgeries, follow ups and I got fed up! I was getting ready for file for custody, medical neglect and medicaid fraud on the mother when she ran into a Indiana State Police Post telling them I was sexually abusing my daughter! Then she immediately moved to Tennessee!
Child Protection Services Investigations is a joke to say the least, their testomony did not hold up in court. The Indians State Police Report, who works with CPS in all of their only training that this case worker had, stated that my name came up allot, but my daughter was anxious for me to come and get her, (it was time to pick her up for her visitation that weekend when I volnteered to go into the police station) by the way under false pretenses, not telling me why I needed to come in and talk to them.
The Jennings County Prosecutor would not try the case stating there was nothing there, but the mother moved, and I still to this day have not seen or talked to my daughter in almost 19 months. I took the mother to court to make her prove that I had done what she accused me of, and contempt of visitations. We are still waiting for a judgement, then she takes us to court to pay her attorney fees!!! We'll appeal that one, talk about a double slap in the face.
Mens rights in court are so unequal by law that it's beyond comprehension. We need a nation wide support group of mens rights being violated by mothers and get these laws changed. She will move without a notice, and trying to find her again will be a nightmare. I keep track of my daughter through her school records, doctors, and other persons in contact with her by mail. But this is not enough.
I have done nothing wrong and have been accused, stripped of my rights to my daughter, still made to pay support! Who else is out there to help change laws. I write our Leglisators, Senators, Congressman, all the time. I will fight and continue to fight until laws are changed and Child Protections Services, the State Police and the Courts do their jobs fairly and equally for both sides, not just women.
The woman is not always the best mother for a child. My daughters mother is keeping her from living a normal life by keeping a trach and feeding tube, facial abdomalaties so she can collect the money from the government and get medicaid, nursing care and every other free loadig benefits she can find! I have her on Medicaid fraud, and submitted it to both states as well as reported her to CPS in Tennessee, also the Indiana Attorneys Generals Office, but still lets get together and get laws passed.
In numbers it can be done, I'm willing to take it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary! Her own Mother went to court with me to fight for my side, she even knows her granddaughter is better off with her father and step mother instead of her own daughter. Who is out there in the same boat? Join in and lets get it going!
