Ipaid pdm nine hundred fifthy dollars for services i never received. I have called on many occassions, written two letters for a refund i was told by Gary Lemurg on 6/19 to write a letter requesting a refund because the Arizonia office didn't follow up on what they were paid to do which i did on that same day. I never received anything back after a month i called and left a message. Then on 08/04 I received a call from Reginald Prior says he was returning my call and that they were backd up I would receive the money back on my credit card in the next couple of weeks. That never happened so I started to call again every week leaving a message with the answering service no one ever returd my calls. I decided to write another letter that was on 10/27 and till today i have yet to here from them. They gave me a conformation number when i first spoke to Mr. Lemburg which was 16053331 he also stated how sorry he was because the Arizonia office had not followed up on several cases.
