Platinum adavantage took my money on 11/7 with assurance that my card was following, well it is now 12/13 and they sent me a letter saying i need to sign and return for my card. Also, letter has a phone
number on it which i have called all week before returning the signed letter. Phone number is a recording leave message on phone with another customer. There phone number is 877-488-8084
