I have always been under a magnifying glass I have tried very hard not to let thing get to me. Mr. Jeff Perry and Lynn Murphy Katie Mulka are still very bias Miss. Julie Brunt call me in her office a couple of weeks ago about me being too friendly with some of the females and I was asked not to tell them how nice they looked and things like that all because i call the front desk girl sweetie and today 12-11-08 Julie call me in her office with Jason Vandall on the phone I was told I said something in a respond to a email from Kelly Well all I said was the word Baby I will take care of it she never complained but Mr. Perry wanted to make it an issue
I can't say anything, nothing is said to other people who say all kind of thing to the women who work there and sleep with new hirers as well. I said to Julie Brunt who follows everything Jeff tells her to do I am tired of working in such a raciest environment she then said get your things and get out I try to apologize but she would not here anything else i had to say but the way I have been treaded has not been fair.
I did not feel as though I said or did anything wrong and Mrs. Kelly Wells did not take a fence to my reply in the email it was Mr. Perry he has never respected me and I feel this was just another strike against me.
I was never treaded fairly at the Cleveland Web Center The guy who worked there before me was given 35 thousand a year and did nothing to earn it he was away given tickets to cavs game and all kind of other pert's even a better Job but he was a young white male who could have guessed.
If anyone would like to file a claim against Quicken Loans in Cleveland for being racist against Blacks please email me this kind of treatment has to stop and we have to stand up to people like Jeff Perry.
I have seen them misuse so many Black Mortgage Banker for 4 to 7 months then they are sent packing and if you worked there you know i am telling the truth white are given the best led's and make a good living blacks are second class at the Cleveland Web Center.
