Stolen Work On ripped stollen artwork reselling thieft DeviantART

There are so many pictures that have been stolen from creators and put up on DeviantART.com. Many of their members use those pictures to earn some money by selling them. Privileges have only members who pay to DeviantART. They have a "Copyright Policy" that is provided for informational purposes only and is intended to be used as a guide only, but no one respect that and they even accuse others for stealing so called "their work". Even their Administration don't respect their own rules!
