I ordered what I thought was a sample of Colotox. They shipped me some other things and I refused shipment. I called and was on hold for 2 hours before I got anyone. He told me that I needed an RMA number to return and that when they received it back they would ship it out again until I got that number. So now my trial period is over and they will charge my card an additional $32.95. They said that by not unclicking the add that I ordered the extra things that they charged me for. I tired to cancel the order right after I placed it but no one ever returned my email. They told me today that they cannot cancel an order once it is placed.
I do not understand how they can get away with this kind of underhanded selling tactics. I told them that they better not charge my card again and he told me they would anyway that I gave them permission when I signed up.
There should be something we can do.
