I ordered a sample of Colotox and Acai Berry for $4.95 each. I received a full order for $44.95 each. Was recharged weekly, so far 4 full extra charges, they charge under the name of 'Central Coast Nutricuticals. (referred below as 'Co.'.
I emailed the 'Co.' to get the RMA#'s to return the product. I also called my credit card co. To inform them of the illegal charges.
I told the 'Co.' that as they did not send the samples as requested, and just 'bumped' my order up to a full order that I was not to be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
Interesting note: Colotox and Acai orders were billed from Arizona, then today's delivery is from Fullfillment Center from Largo, FL., I have never
ordered or seen Fullfillment Center until today's delivery.
I am still waiting for another email from Mr. Lopez of their customer service.
I did tell the 'Co.' in the email that they are unethical, and simply crooks.
I hope this is helpful to anyone else.
I doubt that I'll do 'on-line' ordering again.
I just received another package today, I'm returning it, unopened, I will label it not accepted or ordered and have a return receipt attached from the post office.
