On march 13 at about 12am our house was on fire our family managed to get out on time. I was asked if i had a copany that would bord up my house i said no. So some body called busy bee and they where there within min. And said not worry about our house that they would take care of everything. They asked about how was our insurance co. I told them state farm ins. The next day inthe morning i was to meet with busy bee and the insurance co to see all the damages to the house. Gorge rocha said to me that the insurce copy was going to find a way to pay the least amount of money to fix my house. And if i singned with his company before the insurance co. Got there i would be proteced because his company would get the most to fix my house. I was never told that this would cost 10% of the total amount of the claim this all happend in march. It is now seven monthe latter the insurace has agreed to there estimate and no work is being done. Gorge rocha how works for busy bee said to me that my house would be ready in four months. Some of the worker that were doing work on our house at the beging like the demolition taking everything that was damaged by the fire and that was it and put in some very in expensive windows. I told busy bee what was delaying the work on the house they told me that the contractor was on vacation. That is when i decided to no longer want there services. Busy bee sent me a billfor 64,112.52 just for demolition and windows they also toke all of the pluming and all the electrical wires that where not damaged by the fire. The insurance wasint going to pay for everything just for what was damaged now i have to pay money out that i dont have and hired an attorney tom beyer 708-352-8950 which i can no longer affored my intrest rate on my mortgage whent up 9% there is check for the 64,112.52 that the attorney has he has gone to court on several ocasions but nothing happens we cant finsh our house its been all most 2yr that our family has been with out a home. I can not refinance because busy bee put a lein on my home. I really need your help thank you
