Hello, We have been scammed out of money. Philip said he would ship us the puppies. 1 for $200.00 or 2 for $400.00 all we were paying is for the shipping, so we wired him $200.00 to ship the puppies to our front door the next day we got a call from supposely the airport said they were stuck in customs. Then he wanted us to wire $500.00 but we refused to do that. I asked for my money back he told me he already used the money. The english bulldogs was 10 weeks old philip even sent pictures of the puppies, now we feel like idots, so what can we do about it
