Buyers beware english bulldog puppies being offered but puppies are in africa

The seller is advertising in the Denver post offering 2 English Bulldogs but there is no phone number and only email address.
When contacted they informed me they were on a mission to Africa but they would ship the puppies to me for $350. Oo dollaras and the remainder would be paid once the puppies arrived.
