This is not a legitimate job opportunity. The people at Boundless Concepts are honest about what the job entails, but it seems that they're all in denial about how much time they're wasting trying to fast-track their careers in this multi-level marketing scheme. I do not feel that I have been wronged by this company, but I feel that I should warn people about this job.
This company is a branch of Smart Circle, formerly Granton Marketing. For those of you who do not know, Smart Circle is multi-level marketing and make more money from recruits than they do from any products that they promote or sell. Smart Circle currently has retail companies as its clients, and its branches offer jobs that entail approaching customers in its clients' retail stores to try to get them to sign up for a consultation for a particular service. Usually these services are of inferior quality and leave customers dissatisfied!
Like most Smart Circle branches, Boundless Concepts will send you to retail stores to accost customers, and the vast majority express no interest in the services offered and say no. However, Smart Circle/Boundless Concepts encourage high pressure "sales" tactics (Boundless Concepts actually does lead generation), and they often work on people who are easily intimidated. Not everybody who signs up for the service consultation is a pushover, but they're unaware of how poor quality of service they will receive. I've done my research and can tell you that Boundless Concepts does not offer anything of good quality.
I should mention that you will be expected to work 11-12 hours a day! A lot of the people working at Boundless Concepts are willing to work this long because they believe that it will soon pay off when they are managers of their own branch. Most people who work for Smart Circle hope to manage an office in the near future. They don't realize that branch managers do not actually make great money, despite claims that the position pays six figures. I've done my research on Cydcor, DS Max, and Smart Circle, and they're all notorious for such exaggerated claims, among other deceptive practices.
I liked the people I met at Boundless Concepts. They did not strike me as being intentionally deceitful. I believe that they are trying to salvage everything they can from this dubious multi-level marketing scheme and turn it into the most legitimate business that they can while making themselves financially sucessful. Unfortunately, the company's structure does not work in their favor, and Boundless Concepts is just another suspect Smart Circle branch filled with brainwashed kids who are losing their money in a quasi-pyramid scheme.
