Since day one when i moved into westshore club i have had problems with the neighbors&managment over the complex. At first i thought i ignored it and payed it no attention that the neighbors never spoke when i said hello but later on i found out why. I moved in august the first month i got a complaint from management stating i was playing my music too loud disturbing the neighbors late at night which was not true because i have a 10 year old son that is in bed before 9:00pm so i would never do that, i ignored that, then i got another complaint october saying i had a dog tied outside the door onto my storage closet keeping the neighbors up at night, again which was untrue because i am scared of dogs and i do not own any animals. Now just a month agao i came home every other day and it was notes being placed on my vehicle by the neighbor on the side of me asking me to move my vehicle out of a visitor spot which has nothing to do with the neighbors its not bothering them or keeping them from parking because we have assigned parking and the visitor spots are not assigned to anyone and all the residents in the complex who have two vehicles utilize the vacant visitor spots so why is it a big deal with me i do not know. Only thing i came to now is my race and i feel i am getting harrassed. Y reason for saying that is after i got those complaints i typed aletter to the propery manager letting her know my side of the story advising her i do not bother anyone over ther and etc, she never responded back. So the incident a month ago about the letters being placed on my car i had to call the police and make a report because i was sick and tired of being harrassed, so the neighbors complained to management that they wanted one of my cars moved, so management acted and put a towing sticker on my car which stated it will be towed, i called managemnet at that time advised her of situation she told me she was going to have a meeting with the condo association and get back with me, i provided her my phone number she never contacted me and i never heard anything ele from her until december 3rd 2008 stating she was going to have my vehicle towed on december 5th by 6;00pm, at that time i called her repeatedly she did not answer i left several voicemails with my contact number again she still did not return my calls, i typed up a letter dated december 4th put it in the drop box before any towing would occur, still not response from her. My letter was advising her of the unfairness of me being singled out and every resident around there use the visitor spots, and her stating she was having my vehicle towed because it was inoperable and being stored in a visitor spot. I moved my vehicle from one visitor spot to another one to let her know it was operable and she still had my vehicle towed. Which i feel is illegal because our handbook from the condos did not state residents can not use visitor spots becauseif it did state that i would not use them and rules should appky to everyone not one resident. I have made my landlord aware several times of the mistreatment and also i have two other neighbors on in the other building that have been treated this way also and we are the only three have problems due to our race and i want to put a stop to it. Before my vehicle was towed one of the neighbors took a key and put two long scrates on both suides of the vehicle, now when i wake up this mornig getting ready to take my son to school i see the neighbor hawked up cold and spit all on the back side of my vehicle, which is very nasty, i took pictures. I have these things documented because i am fed up and tireed something needs to be done it is not right to be harrassed when i pay my rent on time just like the other neighbors and im and uncomfortable living there. This is not right please someone help me to get this resolved, i also want to be reimbursed for my vehicle getting towed and for my harrassment because the management is doing nothing and takig sides with the negighbors it is clear to see, i have witness if needed
