Nelnet has reported 3 different times, on the same day, for the same loan, to my credit. I was told it would be deferred a total of 12 months, even on my credit report it says deferred.
When I ask them why it was reported to my credit 2 while supposedly deferred till 3 they claim it back tracked and ended in an earlier date then I was told.
I have had so many misleading & dishonest conversations with Nelnet I could go on and on. From now on I will record my conversations with them. They do these things to people because they're the government, and they think we're inadequate.
